Barcamp Orlando is tomorrow, are you ready? Here's what the schedule looks like:

9:00 AM - Setup starts.  If you want to help setup feel free to show up at 9.
9:30 AM - Announcements and the board opens for talk signups.
10:00 AM - Talks begin - each talk has a 30 minute slot.
1:00 PM - Free lunch is served (it's an italian hot lunch with veggie options)
2:00 PM - Talks start up again.
6:00 PM - Talks End

We have 3 venues this year at BarCamp which will host talks every 30 minutes.  To get familiar with the names and locations of the venues see this google map here.  We had three venue sponsors this year, so Slingapours will also be known as the Envy Labs room, One Eye'd Jacks as the Voxeo Room, and the Gibson Showroom as the Cloudspace Room.  There will be plenty of signage this year directing you to the venues (so don't worry about studying the map).

We only will have 42 slots available for talks (with projector) and 14 (without), so if you want to do a talk this year and get a good slot I recommend getting to BarCamp early.  We will have a live schedule up at http://s.barcamporlando.org/, so you can check the schedule on your iPhone (or iPad even). There are also a limited number of free T-shirts, so you'll want to come early if you want one of those.   This year I splurged with blue American Apparel quality shirts, with a new logo compliments of Allison House.

With regards to parking, CoLab and Realtrend are going to let us use their Parking lot for free parking from 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM Saturday.  If you want to park there you'll need to print out this flyer (which has a map) and place it on your dashboard (so you don't get towed).  This parking lot is certainly not big enough for everyone, so you'll want to get in early if you want free parking for the day.  Otherwise there are plenty of paid parking garages around wall street for all day parking ($10-15).

We are not attempting this year to provide Wifi (it's never reliable), so please don't expect it.  BarCamp is for learning, not for surfing the tubes.  You may get lucky and find an open access point however, stranger things have happened.

Post BarCamp there are lots of things going on downtown.  Two such events are The Runway Show on Wallstreet, a free event starting at 7 PM inside Slingapours and Chillounge Night, where Lake Eola will become a gigantic outdoor lounge with six truckloads of lounge furniture.
